Prva banka sold a prime 2,681-square-meter plot located on the city bypass near the new Mega Mall shopping center for €2.1 million. The land, previously owned by businessman Aco Đukanović’s company, was purchased by Euro Truck – Montenegro, a retail company for vehicle parts, which secured a multi-million euro loan from Prva banka, evidenced by a mortgage registered on the property.
The parcel is situated in Budva’s Boljači Do area, near the Adriatic Highway, about one kilometer from the coast and two kilometers from the Old Town, opposite the new university building. Although not yet urbanized, plans are underway for municipal documentation to develop the site.
Prva banka had long sought buyers for several attractive properties in the Budva municipality. Recently, the bank reacquired a 6,286-square-meter land complex in Miločerski Park from Podgorica company Easy Drive, owned by businessman Aleksandar Aco Mijajlović, after initially selling it four years ago.
Additionally, Prva banka is seeking buyers for other parcels, including a 6,269-square-meter plot in Petrovac with an old holiday resort building, a 14,796-square-meter complex on Košljun hill above Budva (taken over from SP Luna due to unpaid loans), and smaller plots in Petrovac, Maine (Budva), Buljarica, Kruševica, and Kuljače near Sveti Stefan. Prices for some of these properties range from €330,000 to €680,000, with some listings still awaiting offers.
