The company Morsko dobro has announced a public call for leasing beaches in the municipalities of Kotor and Tivat.
Bids must be submitted by March 5, when the opening of offers is planned.
Morsko dobro previously explained that all those intending to participate in the tender must purchase the tender documentation.
The cost of the tender documentation is 100 EUR.
Bidders can be domestic or foreign individuals, companies, legal entities, or entrepreneurs, either individually or as a group of bidders in a joint offer – a consortium, who must meet the conditions outlined in the public call.
Contracts will be concluded for a period of four years, from the date of signing until December 31, 2028, provided that the lessee has fulfilled the obligations stipulated in the contract and that the contract has not been unilaterally or mutually terminated.
Morsko dobro had previously announced a tender for beaches in the area of Budva, from Jaz to Buljarica, as well as for Bar and Ulcinj.
