The construction of residential complexes in Montenegro has been rapidly expanding over the past decade, with one such project being the Royal View Resort and Spa City 5. Located in the heart of Budva, the complex covers approximately 20,000 square meters and offers panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from every level.

This investment is backed by CMM Investment Consulting Group, and according to the company, the project’s realization began in December. The first residents are expected to move into the complex by the summer of 2027.

The Royal View Resort & Spa City 5 complex will feature more than 150 residential units of varying sizes, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive penthouses with spacious rooftop terraces. In addition to premium living spaces, the complex will also offer business facilities unique to the market in terms of residential complexes, said Nataša Grdinić, Executive Director of CMM Investment Consulting Group. She added that the design of the complex aims to meet the highest standards for both living and leisure.

The complex will feature a wide array of amenities, including a 24-hour reception, indoor and outdoor pools with a constant temperature of 34°C, allowing residents to enjoy them year-round. A highlight of the complex is the outdoor infinity pool, 25 meters long, offering a unique swimming experience with views of the Adriatic Sea. The poolside bar will also serve as an ideal spot for relaxation and refreshments.

For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, the complex will offer a modern fitness center with a gym, an outdoor yoga space, and facilities tailored to all types of exercise. The youngest residents will enjoy a spacious 50-square-meter playroom. Additionally, the complex will have a modern conference room and a 300-square-meter coworking space, making it an ideal location for work and business meetings, Grdinić explained.

Other amenities include a full concierge service, a spacious reception area, a lobby for short meetings, transportation services for individuals with disabilities, storage space, and underground parking. The complex will also feature luxurious penthouses with private rooftop relaxation areas, including jacuzzis, open kitchens, fireplaces, and, in some cases, private pools.

The design of the Royal View Resort & Spa City 5 complex was created by the NG Design studio from Bar.

CMM Investment Consulting Group will also be participating in the United Property Expo event in Belgrade on December 18 and 19, 2023, held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from 12:00 to 18:30.
