Shareholders of Elektroprivreda (EPCG) and Crnogorski Elektroprenosni Sistem (CGES) are scheduled to hold regular meetings on June 28 and June 25, respectively, to decide on the distribution of last year’s profits.
They will also review annual business reports and financial statements, including auditors’ opinions.
Shareholders will decide on the appointment and dismissal of board members and approve compensation policies.
EPCG shareholders will consider amendments to the company statute and approve a loan agreement for the Gvozd 2 wind power project with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). They will also review information on approved electricity price discounts.
CGES shareholders will review the current status and budget changes for the project connecting Montenegro’s and Italy’s power systems via an underwater DC cable and decide on appointing this year’s auditor.
The EPCG shareholders’ meeting will take place on June 28 at 12:00 in the Nikšić Theatre building, while the CGES meeting is scheduled for June 25 at 10:00 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Podgorica.
