Crnogorski Telekom presented Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi), a technology that allows users to make voice calls over the WiFi network they are registered to, when they are in an area without an available mobile network, and which is covered by Telekom’s landline WiFi signal.

“Thus, users of Apple smartphones, who have the latest version of the operating system (iOS) on the device and have the WiFi calling option activated (Settings – Mobile service – WiFi Calling, i.e. Settings – Phone – WiFi calling), will be able to make calls in all situations in which possibly there is no available mobile signal, and there is an available Telekom WiFi network to which they were previously connected”, the announcement states.
