The Montenegrin Gross Domestic Product increased by 6.6 percent in the third quarter

The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Montenegro increased by 6.6 percent in the third quarter, according to preliminary data from Monstat. The GDP, based on preliminary results, amounted to 2.17 billion euros in the third quarter, compared to 1.87 billion euros in the same period last year.

This is the second-highest economic growth recorded in the observed period in Europe. Ahead of Montenegro is only Malta with a growth rate of 7.1 percent. Among the regional countries, Serbia grew by 3.6 percent, Croatia by 2.8 percent, and Slovenia by 1.1 percent.
