The Nebojša wind park is planned to be built on the Bobovo and Kruševo localities in Pljevlja on a total area of about 1,671,700 m2. As planned, the wind farm will have 20 wind turbines at a distance of 350 meters between each pillar of the wind farm.

This can be seen in the request for a decision on the need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Report submitted by the project investor to the Environmental Protection Agency. The investor is a natural person. The company Green Environment Services was in charge of preparing the report.

According to the previously conducted analysis, it was determined that the potential amount of electricity produced by 20 turbines (W2E-185/6.0, 6.0 MW) with a total power of 120 MW of the wind farm is 393.80 GWh. The designers believe that this location has a good potential for using wind energy. The payback period is 4.81 years, and it is a very justified investment with the turbine W2E-185/6.0, 6.0 MW.

As can be seen in the documentation, based on the analysis carried out, and taking into account the price of electricity from July 2022 and the estimated production, a total annual income of close to EUR 40.5 million can be expected.

For the purposes of preparing this documentation, the study of the Goli Lisac location as a source of green energy from renewable resources based on the analysis of the wind field for the construction of the Nebojša Pljevlja wind power plant was used, as well as the Proposal of Urbanistic and Technical Conditions for the subject project.

Let us remind you that in mid-December of last year, the Government issued urban planning and technical conditions for the construction of this wind farm. In addition to this investment, there is also great interest in the construction of solar power plants, which you can read about in a separate text.

The largest solar power plant in Montenegro, Montechevo, will be built on the territory of Cetinje, the start of work is expected in 2025, and the value of the investment is EUR 360 million.
