The Port of Kotor invests almost one million euros in the purchase and installation of pontoon piers

The Port of Kotor has announced a public call for the procurement and installation of pontoon jetties, for which EUR 810,000 without, or almost EUR 1 million with VAT, has been allocated.
As can be seen in the documentation, the tender includes the procurement of pontoons and equipment for pontoons, staking out of the breakwater element, breakwater element, staking out of the GAT, procurement of elements for the construction of the anchor system of the jetties, materials and equipment necessary for the realization of the vessel’s anchor system, and the installation of the anchor system .
It is planned to purchase five pontoons for GAT1, four for GAT2 and six for GAT3. All pontoons must be made of concrete.
In the tender, it is indicated that upon delivery, before installation, the bidder with whom the contract will be concluded is obliged to submit the manufacturer’s declaration certificates for all ropes and chains. As they stated, given the instability of prices on the market and the need to prepare capacity for the next season, the ordering party decided, due to urgency, that the deadline for submitting offers would be 17 days.
The procurement is carried out according to the main project prepared by Geotechnics Projects & Consulting from Podgorica, while the auditor is ALL-ING from Kotor.
Offers must be submitted no later than December 12 at 12 noon.
The term of execution of the contract is a minimum of 40 calendar days, and a maximum of 100 calendar days from today signing the contract, local media reports.
