Ulcinj developer plans modern residential complex featuring 47 apartments and enhanced facilities

Investor Donita MNE from Ulcinj plans to build a residential building with a ground floor plus four floors (Po+P+4) in the city, according to documentation published by the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property.

The construction is planned on a 2,445 m² plot, with a total gross floor area of 4,452.34 m² including the basement.

The basement will include storage spaces for bicycles and strollers, as well as 24 parking spots.

The apartments will range from studios to two-bedroom units, totaling 47 apartments. The ground floor, second, and third floors will each have nine apartments, while the first and fourth floors will have ten apartments each.

A new vehicle-pedestrian access road will be constructed alongside the investment.

In total, 52 parking spaces are planned: 24 in the garage and 28 additional spots on the property.

The site will feature new landscaping, including grass areas, seasonal flowers, and low-maintenance evergreen plants to enhance the visual appeal of the location.
