Vektra Jakić announces asset sale as part of bankruptcy procedure

The bankruptcy administration of Vektra Jakić has announced a public tender for the sale of part of the company’s assets, with a starting price of €403,370.

The property is being sold as a whole and is located on the same cadastral parcel in Pljevlja. It includes land, business buildings in the industrial sector, office spaces, and a garage.

Interested parties can submit their offers to the Commercial Court in a sealed envelope by April 7th at 1:00 PM. The opening of the offers is scheduled for the following day at 1:00 PM at the court.

All businesses and individuals who are legally eligible to purchase real estate in Montenegro and submit their offer along with the required deposit are eligible to participate in the auction.

Bidders are required to pay a deposit of 5% of the starting price.

The bankruptcy administrator will make a decision regarding the selection of the best bidder no later than five days after the public opening of the offers.

The debtor’s assets, which are the subject of the sale, can be viewed on any working day during the duration of the tender, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, by prior arrangement with the bankruptcy administrator.

The Commercial Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Vektra Jakić on December 26, 2023, following a request from the Revenue and Customs Administration due to the company’s tax and concession debt.
