Voli Trade expands with 75 million euro investment in stores and logistics centers

Dragan Bokan, founder and chairman of Voli Trade, announced that the company is currently investing 75 million euros in five major projects.

Speaking at the Consumer Rules Summit 2025, he revealed that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will complete a new recapitalization of Voli Trade by the end of the year, enabling the construction of a third 20,000-square-meter logistics center.

Ongoing projects include a 25,000-square-meter complex in Podgorica, a new retail center in Igalo, and facilities in Nikšić (8,000 square meters) and Kolašin (4,000 square meters). The company also invests five to six million euros annually in renovating existing stores to meet rising consumer expectations.
