The company VU2 Group plans to build a residential and commercial complex in the Topolica neighborhood in Bar. This investment is being realized in partnership with a group of individuals, and the project includes the construction of two buildings. The development will be carried out in two phases, with the first phase involving the construction of an underground garage and Building A, while the second phase will focus on the construction of Building B.
The investor has received approval from the chief state architect for the conceptual designs of both buildings, which were created by Arhmark Solution from Podgorica. As previously mentioned, the first phase will include both Building A and a shared garage for both buildings. The total number of parking spaces is 66, with 33 spaces allocated to each building. Additionally, parking spaces are planned on the plots next to the buildings, with 5 spaces for Building A and 4 spaces for Building B.
Both buildings will have a basement, ground floor, and five upper floors, with nearly identical layouts for the residential units. The ground floor will feature 6 commercial apartments, while the first, second, and third floors will each have 7 residential units, including two studio apartments, two one-bedroom apartments, two one-and-a-half-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom apartment. The fourth floor will contain 6 residential units, including one studio apartment, two one-bedroom apartments, one one-and-a-half-bedroom apartment, one two-bedroom apartment, and one three-bedroom apartment. The fifth floor of Building A will have 4 apartments: three two-bedroom apartments and one two-and-a-half-bedroom apartment. Building B’s fifth floor will also have 4 apartments: one one-and-a-half-bedroom, two two-bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom apartment.
In total, both buildings will include 74 residential units, 12 commercial apartments and 62 residential apartments.
