The continuation of the construction of the highway, on the Mateševo-Andrijevica section, will begin this year, said Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs Filip Radulović.
The project for the construction of the road from Andrijevica to Peć is in the phase of developing a conceptual solution, while Andrijevica to Boljare is in the phase of conceptual projects.
- Depending on the phase we are in, there will be progress in all segments – said Radulović.
The Adriatic-Ionian highway, as emphasized, is the second most important after Bar-Boljare. As he notes, the tender for the development of the conceptual project is planned to be announced by the end of the year, and only after that will we know, says the minister, where that route will go and how much it will cost.
All announcements about highways and expressways are, as he emphasized, realistic.
- And the Government will not give up on those plans – Radulović stated.
