Employment Agency selects 75 recipients for self-employment grants

The Management Board of the Employment Agency (ZZZ) has approved the selection of 75 recipients for non-repayable self-employment grants as part of the Self-Employment Incentives Program for this year.

The total amount allocated to these recipients is nearly €743,000, providing unemployed individuals with support to start their own businesses.

“Out of 207 applications received for the competition, 75 of the best were selected after a thorough review. This program will facilitate the creation of new jobs and support the additional employment of 60 unemployed individuals,” the Agency stated.

In addition to financial assistance, the Agency will offer specialized workshops where recipients can gain new knowledge and entrepreneurial skills necessary for successful business management.

The Agency believes that the Self-Employment Incentives Program will provide a strong boost to entrepreneurship development in the country, enabling unemployed individuals to achieve their business ambitions and contribute to the local economy and reduction of unemployment.
