Montenegro’s Ministry of Public Works has issued a tender to reconstruct and convert the former Đulići guard post in Andrijevica into a tourism and hospitality complex with additional accommodation capacity. The work is intended to give the existing property a new function and broaden the town’s tourism offer.

The tender covers reconstruction of an existing 194-square-metre building and an auxiliary structure. Both buildings will be adapted to their new use while retaining their basic structural characteristics.
