Podgorica-based investor AAG International plans to build an apartment complex in Bečići with a total area of over 15,000 square meters. The project includes two buildings with a total of 136 units of varying sizes, and rooftop pools are planned on parts of the structures.
The complex will be constructed on a 7,119 m² plot. Building 1 will cover around 9,000 m², with two underground garage levels, a ground floor, and four upper floors. Building 2 will cover about 6,400 m², with a garage, ground floor, and four upper floors.
Parking will include 123 spaces in Building 1 (10 for persons with reduced mobility) and 50 spaces in Building 2 (3 for persons with reduced mobility). Accommodation units include 84 in Building 1 and 52 in Building 2, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
Rooftop levels will feature pools and pool facilities. The site design incorporates modern amenities, communal spaces for relaxation, a pool plaza with paving suitable for walking, and landscaped green areas along the plot edges with organized planting.
