The Municipality of Kotor has published documentation for Cogimar d.o.o. Kotor’s planned warehouse with a cold-storage facility in Sutvara. The project is planned on plot 452/1 in the industrial zone, beside the Adriatic Highway, while a decision is pending on whether it requires an environmental impact assessment report.
The documentation gives the plot area as 2,526 square metres and describes a building with a ground floor and two upper floors (P+2). The warehouse would be used to receive and store different products.
The proposed facility is linked to a business building planned on an adjacent site. That building is intended to include, among other uses, a fish shop and sales of products handled by Cogimar.
The available documentation does not give the project’s investment value or the number of planned jobs. The requirement to prepare an environmental impact assessment report remains under consideration.
