Construction work value sees increase in Q4 2024, Monstat reports

The value of construction work completed in the fourth quarter of last year increased by 2.3% compared to the same period in 2023, according to data from the Statistical Office of Montenegro (Monstat).

The value of construction work in the fourth quarter was 12.1% higher compared to the third quarter.

“The effective hours worked on construction sites in the fourth quarter were 2% higher compared to the same period in 2023,” the statement said.

Effective hours worked were 2.6% higher compared to the third quarter.
