“We want to strengthen our political and economic ties. Therefore, we strongly support your efforts to build transportation infrastructure as a prerequisite for better connectivity and stronger economic exchange between our countries,” Nagy said.

Given the increasing number of Hungarian tourists in Montenegro, significantly contributed by the direct air route Podgorica – Budapest, the interlocutors also exchanged views on investment possibilities in the tourism industry and hotel sector.

According to the statement, there were discussions on intensifying cooperation in the field of digitization and telecommunications with the president of the 4iG group, Gellert Jaszai, who, along with the Hungarian Ambassador to Montenegro, Jozsef Nedjesi, attended the meeting held today in Spajić’s office.
