Apartment prices in Montenegro have continued to climb in the third quarter, with an average increase of 3%, according to a report from Adriatic Advisors. Compared to the same period last year, prices have surged by 13%.
In Podgorica, the average price per square meter rose to €2,000 for the first time, reflecting a 3% quarterly increase.
The report highlights that coastal cities such as Herceg Novi, Kotor, and Ulcinj saw slightly higher price increases compared to Bar, Tivat, and Budva, where prices have remained relatively stable.
In central Montenegro, Cetinje experienced a notable rise in prices, while Nikšić saw a slight decline.
In northern Montenegro, average apartment prices in Kolašin and Žabljak have remained stable, according to the report.
The chart provided shows that in the third quarter, the average price per square meter was €2,000 in Podgorica, €2,900 in Budva, and €3,750 in Tivat.
