Construction of a 54-apartment tourist complex planned in Kolašin

A new apartment-tourism complex covering nearly 4,000 square meters is planned for construction in Kolašin. The project includes a garage, basement, ground floor, three upper floors, and an attic, featuring a total of 54 apartments.

The conceptual design, prepared by the Arhibiro studio from Budva and approved by the Chief State Architect, lists three private individuals as investors. The building will be located on a 1,284 m² plot in the Smailagića Polje area, with a gross construction area of 3,823.52 m².

The design includes a garage in the underground levels, six commercial units and six apartments on the ground floor, and 12 apartments on each of the three floors and the attic. A shared reception will also be located on the ground level.

Parking will be provided across two underground levels with a total of 62 spaces, including four reserved for commercial use and three designated for persons with reduced mobility.
