Montenegro will cut maximum retail prices for Eurosuper 98 and Eurosuper 95 from 27 October, while raising prices for eurodiesel and heating oil, the Ministry of Energy and Mining said. The new rates take effect at midnight and apply through 2 November 2026.

Eurosuper 98 will fall by 1 cent to 1.85 euros per litre, while Eurosuper 95 will drop by 2 cents to 1.81 euros. Eurodiesel will rise by 1 cent to 1.98 euros per litre, and heating oil by 1 cent to 2.02 euros per litre.

The calculation follows a government decision to reduce the excise duty on gas-oil sales, cutting the levy on eurodiesel by 20%. It also complies with the regulation on calculating maximum retail prices for certain petroleum products, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 40/26. The regulation took effect on 24 March.

The next price calculation is scheduled for 2 November, with the prices set then due to apply from 3 November 2026.
