The report underscores a notable concentration of debt among a few large debtors. Specifically, the ten largest debtors, who make up just 0.05% of the total number of entities, are responsible for 30.64% of the total blocked amount, totaling €402.25 million.

Additionally, 50 major debtors, representing only 0.24% of all entities, account for 50.84% of the total blocked funds, amounting to €667.44 million.
