Industrial production in Montenegro fell by 4.5% in the third quarter compared to the same period last year, according to Monstat data.
The report highlights a 4.8% increase in the mining sector, while manufacturing and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning experienced declines of 2.7% and 10.7%, respectively.
However, compared to the second quarter of this year, industrial production saw a significant increase of 32.5%. Specifically, the mining sector surged by 75%, the manufacturing industry rose by 13.5%, and the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning increased by 63.6%.
