The notice was published on 20 October 2026.

The six property records cover land in the Mrkovi cadastral municipality, according to the notice. The asking price works out at about 380 euros per square metre. The starting price is 1.4 million euros, or about 3.2%, below the 43.7 million euros sought in a June notice for the same property. The bankruptcy administration requires bidders, whether legal entities or individuals, to submit the required documentation and pay a deposit of 10% of the starting price, equal to 4.23 million euros.

Offers are due by 13:00 on 10 November 2026. They are scheduled to be opened at 13:00 on 11 November 2026 at the Commercial Court of Montenegro, the notice says.

The sale notice records multiple registered encumbrances, mortgage liabilities and a notation of a tax claim on the properties. A previous project for the site above Dobreč beach envisaged a high-category tourist resort with a hotel and apartments. The location has views towards the open sea, Mamula and Prevlaka.

The advertised price covers the land, not the value of constructing the resort, and the sale itself does not confirm that the project will begin, according to the notice.
