Tivat sees 9% rise in tourist numbers, Russian visitors dominate

According to data from the Tourism Organization (TO) of Tivat, the city is currently hosting 3,030 visitors, a 9% increase compared to the same period last year.

The number of tourists has risen by 37% compared to 2019, as reported by Radio Tivat.

Out of the total number of visitors, 3,020 are foreign nationals.

A total of 547 guests are staying in hotels, which is on par with last year. Private accommodation has seen an 11% increase compared to the previous year, currently hosting 2,480 tourists, with only two of them being domestic guests.

In terms of visitor demographics, Russians continue to make up the largest group, accounting for 25.13% of the total. They are followed by guests from Serbia (17%), and tourists from Turkey and Azerbaijan.

A smaller portion of visitors come from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, the Philippines and Germany.
