Montenegro Initiates International Tender for SCADA/ADMS Platform to Modernize Electricity Grid

Montenegro has officially commenced the first phase of an international tender aimed at implementing a new SCADA/ADMS platform, a key step in the digital modernization of its electricity distribution sector.
