ŽPCG had 7,114,635 ordinary voting shares on the date the notice was published, according to the shareholder register issued by the Central Securities Depository and Clearing Company AD Podgorica (CKDD). Each share carries one vote.

Under the meeting rules, decisions require a majority of votes cast by shareholders present or represented. A quorum requires shareholders holding more than half of the voting shares. CKDD records will determine participation rights, which are limited to shareholders holding that status two days before the meeting.
