Montenegro lets 13 airport projects proceed before master plan

Transport Minister Radoš Zečević said the ministry has not received a letter of intent from French consultancy Artelija to prepare an airport master plan. Priority projects will proceed without waiting for the plan, whose preparation could take more than a year.

Montenegro names no airport master plan firm as selection remains unopened

Montenegro’s Ministry of Transport said on 27 October 2026 that no company had been selected, proposed or favoured to prepare the master plan for Airports of Montenegro. The selection process has not started because the project brief has not been adopted, and the plan’s estimated cost remains unset.
