Ryanair will end its Podgorica-Berlin service for the summer 2027 season, as part of a seven-route cut across Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The airline is also reducing its Berlin operations, citing airport charges and aviation taxes.

Filip Ivanović and Aleksandar Nikoloski discussed establishing a direct air link between Montenegro and North Macedonia on 30 October 2026. Air Montenegro is to operate the route, which the officials said could support tourism and business ties.
