Montenegro’s Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property has overturned the construction ban on the first phase of Carine’s Novi Novi resort and returned the case to the inspectorate for a new decision. The ministry found that the inspection order did not clearly establish the facts or explain the grounds for the ban, but did not confirm that all work complies with planning rules.

The Ministry of Public Works has tendered reconstruction and conversion of the former Đulići guard post in Andrijevica into a tourism and hospitality complex. The project includes accommodation capacity and an auxiliary structure.
